 Cathy's work spoke to my heart and soul so much so that I put my Brave Pants 😉 on, reached out and asked if she would take part in the Spotlight.

 How very blessed that she said yes!

Hello I'm Cathy, in my professional life as a leader facilitator, coach and consultant I help others to be great and to find joy at work.

In my spare time, my passion and bliss is all things crafty - 

Journaling my daily life, scrapbooking my special memories, making greeting cards, art journaling, mixed media pieces and embroidery . . .

My life mantra:

The joy of giving is the greatest joy of life.
