Pan Pastel UK Challenge - Metallics

Hello sweet friends, I hope you are all having a great weekend so far!
It`s time for a new challenge over at
and
the theme is . . .

My project was created on the very last page of an altered second hand book that I started last year.
I started with a quick splodge of Gesso on the page, working it in with my hands, leaving some of the print still showing.
Time to mix up some Metallic Pans with Gesso
 to create a
creamy paint for the background with
touches of Permanent Red and Black Pan Pastel added along the way. . . .
scraps of paper for the clothes
 and heart . . .
old book pages for the wings . . .
  and
a little Christy Tomlinson
 inspired
She Art doodle doodle doo . . . .
I think this could make a pretty mothers day card for next week . . . hmmmm... where is that printer card . . . .

I hope you enjoyed stopping by
and
be sure to pop on over to the challenge blog to see what else the rest of the design team have created
PLUS
link up and be in with the chance of winning some
Pan Pastel goodness!

Till next time
big hugs
XOXOX

Another beauty - slightly softer, slightly prettier, but still beautifully textured and layered for that smoky depth you create so gorgeously.
