💕 Good morning everyone, I don`t know about you but this week has flown past!
It`s Sunday which means a new challenge over at
and the theme for you is
Anything Goes
BUT
the design team was given the added challenge of
making an embellishment from a stencil.
I used Premium Craft Brands Hearts In A Circle Mask Stencil to create my Lollipop flowers.
💕 Taking some pretty scraps of paper and drawing around
the inner shapes using different papers and cutting them out. The outside circles were just randomly cut to add more layers.
💕 You all know how much I looove my hearts, and these are so darn cute nestled in the middle.
💕 This is how the block of wood looked just after adding Gesso, Pretty scraps of paper, Old book pages and stamps
💙 and this is how it looks part way through after adding Pan Pastels, acrylic paint, Light Modelling Paste, stencil, stamps and some much needed doodle doodle dooooing!
💕 I had no idea when I started how this one would turn out, I took a few wrong turns along the way BUT the great thing about mixed media is if you don`t like something then splatter some paint over the top and start again!
