πŸ’™ WK 2 Premium Craft Brand Challenge - Silver Lining/ Anything Goes

πŸ’™
Good morning sweet friends, I hope you are all enjoying the weekend so far.
  πŸ’™
It`s Sunday, which means a new challenge over at
and the theme this week is . . .
" Anything Goes "
and the design team was given the added challenge of . . .
" Silver Lining "
Remember that every week you have the chance to win a fabulous Prize
 plus
a chance at being our guest designer . . . woohooo!

πŸ’™
I haven`t been too good lately and felt that my mojo had flown the coop, so I gave myself a talking to this week . . . yes I did indeed . . . and went back to what I love working with . . . wood and paint!
πŸ’™
I started by stamping with that beautiful stamp . . . a real cutie for sure . . . with a black Archival Ink Pad.
Time to get crazy and messy with Pan Pastels and the new Metallics using them dry, mixing with water and splattered all over, mixing with Maimeri Iridescent Paste which gives the wood a beautiful sheen that shows up better in real life than in a picture . . . I promise!
πŸ’™ My sponges, brushes and fingers are now so very happy and full of . . .
πŸ’™
I had no ideas in my head when I started, I just let myself go and let my hands do the rest, lol!
I hope you like my little block of whimsical wood art and maybe even inspired you to take your stamps of the page.
Can`t wait to see what you all come up with this week!

πŸ’™
Be sure and hop hippity hop on over by the blog to check out what the rest of the fabulous Design Team have created, you won`t be disappointed!
πŸ’™
Big hugs
XOXOX

I love it Tracy, such an adorable image, and the way you've used the mediums and pans is amazing, it really looks like she's splashing about in the water, very clever, thank you for inspiring me xxx

Well, I'd say the talking-to absolutely worked - this is completely enchanting, Tracy! Not only is the image charming, but your sandy, salty ocean sprayed beach is simply brilliant - I can feel the sand between my toes just looking at it. Fantastic - I'll take your wood and paint any day!
