πŸ’› WK 44 Pan Pastel Challenge Mixing Mediums

Happy Sunday everyone, sorry I am late in getting my post up for todays
things have been hectic here and it`s both my boys birthdays today and tomorrow . . . great planning, lol!
Anyhooo . . .
this week the team was asked to mix mediums, I love my Maimeri Mediums
BUT
we know that not everyone has or wants to do this
soooooo
the theme for you all is
ANYTHING GOES
woohoohoo
Looking forward to seeing what you all create!!
My project today is an idea I have been playing with to make my own mixed media Christmas Cards, yikes did I mention the C word, lol!
Out came my old book that I use to journal in and play with ideas, a quick coat of Maimeri Gesso and I was set to go . . .
. . . Yes, I like to keep a note on the opposite page of products that I have used incase I want to recreate it.
So easy to recreate, I promise!
I did use a Palette Knife to roughly apply the mixed pastes for a rough and old feel, which I looove!
Oh and a fine black liner pen for all the doodles and scribbles . . . got to have a little doodle doodle doooo.
So how am I going to take this and make into my Christmas cards?
I am going to re create this onto card, scan it onto the computer, play around with the size and print.
When I get it done, I will pop back on here and update with a picture.

Make sure and stop by the
Premium Craft Brand Blog to see the beeeautiful projects the rest of the Design Team created!

We have lots going on over on the blog as well . . .

Fantastic as always Tracy and how organised to write down the paints/equipment used on the facing page in your journal.

Love the idea you have for your Christmas cards, it will sure save some time making them all individually. Loving that twiggy star too. Did you make it?

:)
