Woohooo I`m the Growing In Unity Gal this week . . .

 Oh my giddy aunt I am beyond excited today, I am Unity Stamp Co. Growing In Unity Gal all this week . . .seriously I am doing cartwheels here . . . at least in my head,lol!
I adore Unity Stamp co. and my collection is growing steadily, this is a dream come true for me.
I am looking forward to sharing my projects with you all and hope you enjoy looking.
 Be sure to leave a comment for each post, because at the end of the week I will be randomly picking a comment from the entire week.

 I will also be putting up a grab bag filled with Unity goodness! 
  I thought I would start the week of by combining my love of wood, Pan Pastels and my very first
I love this little girl with the wind blowing in her hair!
 The wood was nothing special, in fact if you look closely you will see that it was an off cut from a  Decking plank . . . a quick coat of Gesso, Ink up the stamp with an Archival ink pad and stamp . . . 
then the fun begins getting my hands covered in the most beeeautiful colors, mixing the Pan Pastels with Matt Medium for creamy paint and water for water colors.

Well, huge congrats Tracy. This is such a well deserved honour. I love this project with the softly coloured background and that gorgeous stamp. The chunky wood creates such a cool substrate. I'm off to investigate Phyllis Harris stamps. You've already got me hooked on Susan K Weckesser...lol.

Congrats on GIU!!! That is so awesome. I love how you used the wood. I have friends who are clearing land for their house and we are getting the wood for heating and I saved a beautiful piece that we split flat to do something for them. This is an awesome idea.

Utterly glorious, Tracy... I've been doing the week backwards, catching up - and project after project I've been thinking "this is my favourite", "no, this is my favourite"... Simply breath-taking in depth and quality, beauty and technical skill.
