πŸ’› Growing in Unity Day 3 . . .

Hello sweet friends, I hope you're all having a fabulous week so far.
Thank you all once again for all your lovely comments ...  they honestly do make my heart sing!
I can`t believe it's already Day 3 of my Growing in Unity week, phew time sure is flying by.
For my project today I wanted to go back to recycling all the odds and ends of wood I have sitting in a pile, in the corner of my shed . . .seriously it`s growing, lol!
Also using one of my favourite Unity Stamps ever co branded with Christy Tomlinson . . . swoon!
I loooove old books, flicking through, finding words, sentences or quotes to add to my projects and the ones on here fit so well, don`t you think?
Here`s a little sideways view, I prepared the wood first with a quick coat of Maimeri Gesso, then inked the stamp up with an Archival ink pad before getting messy with . . .
Pan Pastels, Metallic Pan Pastels, Gesso more Unity Stamps,
 { now under layers but I know they are there,lol}
building up the layers until I was happeeee.
Time to add a little more dimension by stamping the image again, snip . . . snip . . out came the wings and skirt, fixed in place with a touch off Matt Gel Medium.
I  do love to add some doodle doodle dooos with a fine black liner pen along the way.
This was a joy to create and I hope you have enjoyed looking!
Thank yooou so much for stopping by
and please
Remember to leave a comment after each post ths week tobe in with the chance at winning
2 Itty Bitty Stamps of your choice
Plus
I also have a grab bag full of Unity Stamp goodness to giveaway.
See you tomorrow
Big hugs

What a wonderful project! Love that you gave it more dimension by stamping the wings again and adding it on top of the wings already stamped.

Ah... I'm beginning to see that I may have misunderstood the Unity thing - the week's projects are starting to add up! Sorry, my brain's a bit fried after what I've been through in the last month!!

Another simply amazing creation. I've got this stamp, still uninked, and this is fabulous inspiration to get playing... Amazing layers of media, adding up to such depth and subtle beauty - wow!
