π Goooood afternoon π€ I'm running a wee (big) bit late today showing what's on my workdesk π€¦♀️
Linking up over at the ⭐️ lovely Julia's .. thank you Julia ✨️π«
My thoughts are still with ✨️Sarah's loved ones ... it was such a shock last week to find out that she had sadly passed next door.
It was so lovely to pop by the other desk blogs to read all the stories and see all the pictures you shared with Sarah from over the years.
π« Thinking of you all ✨️ sending lots of love and hugs.
My desk hasn't really changed since last week ...
Though I don't have much to show on my desk today ... to those who have seen my desk in the past ... you may notice ... that the wee anes that I painted on it ... have all gone π€¦♀️Why? It had all got a bit toooo messy with paint splatters π¨ and glue ... I think it was earlier this year that I sanded them off ... never fear though ... I'm sure that in time ... more whispers will be painted back on topππ I do miss them.
Here's a closer look at ... what's on it ... and under it π§
Watercolour π¨ joy ... I'd quite like a magical jacket myself ✨️ I was playing around with watercolour backgrounds π¨π the other week
This ... what can I say π ... this just makes my heart and soul ... happy.
π¨ If I was a colour ... I'd want to be ... not one colour ... but all of this π π₯°
They sit to the right side of my desk π₯° cheeky wee souls they are ... and very bossy at times!
Though you didn't hear it from me!ππ
Ohhhh ... before I go ... the view from my desk has changed as well ... where there was once a greenhouse ... now stands this ...

So many beautiful things to look at today Tracy and I love the watercolour background, really pretty as are the little characters too. The twosome checking you out made me hoot though, you’d better not put a foot wrong there π₯°

Hi Tracy, I'm late getting round today just had a few jobs that couldn't wait. It's always such a pleasure to see what you're up to, the watercolours are gorgeous and so is that little lady. The new shed looks like a bird house. I used to breed Love birds and had something like that though it's now hubbies tool shed. Wishing you a very happy woyww. Hugs Angela x11x
ReplyDeleteYour posts are a gift of colour and whim. I like the little one who’s been half painted and fully cut out, I can’t imagine what your plan is! That’s a big shed affair with teeny windows, are they for pigeons?
ReplyDeleteAlways such a fun read, Tracy. Those colours make me happy too. Sometimes just playing with inks and paints can be the best fun and there's no need to create anything further. I hope your chopped up characters get put back together again. Mmm not sure what your new building is going to be. It'll be interesting to watch it's progress.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW

I love the joy in your choice of colors, so thank you for sharing that feeling with us. Your little ones are precious, and remind me of the children's books I shared with my daughters when they were little. May God bless you on this WOYWW and always!
ReplyDeleteI love your posts. Your rainbows of colour are gorgeous as are your little people.

ReplyDeleteSuch a lot of loveliness in your post and I laughed at the scissors tickling - just so delightful! The watercolour is beautiful and those colours are just yummy. That's a big impressive shed - I'm thinking wildlife or birds, with those little windows it looks like they could be nesting boxes - very intriguing!

Always a delight to linger a while on you post - adore the water colour background, i totally aspire to doing those but mine are always a disaster, don't know why. I'll have a go with your colours and see if I can change it up. Love all your creations they always make me smile. A dove cot perchance?
ReplyDeleteI got back into journalling last night but today hit again with road chaos, footway obstructions but at last a response from my MP. However her caseworker asked if I had contacted my ward councillors in the first instance, I related the 2 months of nothing despite my best efforts to keep contacting them. Oh man, this season will be around for a good time yet, a year or so!! Can't go outside due to all the noise and dust etc. Just glad it is cool enough to close the windows in the day. Hugs Bj#9
What a gorgeous colourful post - I love the peachy tourquiose page. I did chuckle at the thought of you being watched and kept in line by your wee folk.π€£ x x Jo π
