πŸ’•✨️ What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday ...

πŸ’• Goooood  afternoon πŸ€— I'm running a wee (big) bit late today showing what's on my workdesk 🀦‍♀️

Linking up over at the ⭐️ lovely Julia's .. thank you Julia ✨️πŸ«‚

My thoughts are still with ✨️Sarah's  loved ones ... it was such a shock last week to find out that she had sadly passed next door.

It was so lovely to pop by the other desk blogs to read all the stories and see all the pictures you shared with Sarah from over the years.

πŸ«‚ Thinking of you all ✨️ sending lots of love and hugs.

My desk hasn't  really changed since last week ...

Though I don't have much to show on my desk today ... to those who have seen my desk in the past  ... you may notice ...  that the wee anes that I painted on it  ... have all gone 🀦‍♀️

Why? It had all got a bit toooo messy with paint splatters 🎨 and glue ... I think it was earlier this year that I sanded them off ... never fear though ... I'm sure that in time ... more whispers will be painted back on topπŸ–ŒπŸ˜˜ I do miss them.

Here's a closer look at  ... what's on it ... and under it 🧐

Watercolour 🎨 joy ... I'd quite like a magical jacket myself ✨️ I was playing around with watercolour backgrounds πŸŽ¨πŸ–Œ the other week

This ... what can I say 😊 ... this just makes my heart and soul ... happy.

🎨 If I was a colour ... I'd want to be ... not one colour ... but all of this 🌈 πŸ₯°

They sit to the right side of my desk πŸ₯° cheeky wee souls they are ... and very bossy at times!

Though you didn't hear it from me!😁😘

Tooooo .... this book ... this little miss πŸ’– holds on tooooo lots of doodles ... scraps ... and words ... she's been around a long time ... I came across her the other week ... popped her on my desk ... so that when the mood takes me ... I can add some more 😊

Underneath my table ... lots of little πŸ˜‡ one's going large ... trying things out ... here's a couple up close ...
I love how a little πŸ˜‡ one can be changed up  by adding a little bit here and there πŸ–ŒπŸŽ¨

On the bunker in the kitchen ... this wee one waits ...
She said the scissors ✂️ tickled!
I have a ... plan ... I think 😁

✨️ My space is beginning to come alive again with colour 🌈 as the light is starting to shine for me once again ✨️  with the knowing ...
that mum ✨️ and dad ✨️ are never far, even now πŸ«‚

Ohhhh ... before I go ... the view from my desk has changed as well   ... where there was once a greenhouse ... now stands this ...

It's a work in progress ... it's huuuuuge .... and I love it πŸ’– what's it going toooo be?

Any ideas?

I best go ... whatever you have planned for the days ahead ... I wish 🌟 you so much joy ✨️ in all you do ... with extra hugs πŸ«‚ for all those who need it.
I'll pop around this evening to visit πŸ’•
Much love
Tracy

  2. Hi Tracy, I'm late getting round today just had a few jobs that couldn't wait. It's always such a pleasure to see what you're up to, the watercolours are gorgeous and so is that little lady. The new shed looks like a bird house. I used to breed Love birds and had something like that though it's now hubbies tool shed. Wishing you a very happy woyww. Hugs Angela x11x

  3. Your posts are a gift of colour and whim. I like the little one who’s been half painted and fully cut out, I can’t imagine what your plan is! That’s a big shed affair with teeny windows, are they for pigeons?

  4. Always such a fun read, Tracy. Those colours make me happy too. Sometimes just playing with inks and paints can be the best fun and there's no need to create anything further. I hope your chopped up characters get put back together again. Mmm not sure what your new building is going to be. It'll be interesting to watch it's progress.
    Happy WOYWW

  5. I love the joy in your choice of colors, so thank you for sharing that feeling with us. Your little ones are precious, and remind me of the children's books I shared with my daughters when they were little. May God bless you on this WOYWW and always!

  8. Such a lot of loveliness in your post and I laughed at the scissors tickling - just so delightful! The watercolour is beautiful and those colours are just yummy. That's a big impressive shed - I'm thinking wildlife or birds, with those little windows it looks like they could be nesting boxes - very intriguing!
    Happy WOYWW,

  10. Always a delight to linger a while on you post - adore the water colour background, i totally aspire to doing those but mine are always a disaster, don't know why. I'll have a go with your colours and see if I can change it up. Love all your creations they always make me smile. A dove cot perchance?

I got back into journalling last night but today hit again with road chaos, footway obstructions but at last a response from my MP. However her caseworker asked if I had contacted my ward councillors in the first instance, I related the 2 months of nothing despite my best efforts to keep contacting them. Oh man, this season will be around for a good time yet, a year or so!! Can't go outside due to all the noise and dust etc. Just glad it is cool enough to close the windows in the day. Hugs Bj#9
