The baubles (yes I'm with your mum on that!) are amazing. You are so lucky to have a mum who is interested in joining in with the making. My mother did make all sorts when she was younger but has no interest now. I love your messy desk it makes me feel right at home Lol! Have a fun woyww whatever you are up to today, hugs Angela x10x
ReplyDeleteI love the Christmas baubles (yep, I’m with your mum in calling them that!) so very sweet but my absolute favourite thing today were the gnomes with the huge conks (Had to spell that slowly and carefully….*grin*). They made me hoot, hope they fire well!!
ReplyDeleteHugs LLJ 5 xx
Haha I'm laughing out loud Jan ππππ will beee sure to tell my Mum ππ fingers crossed for the firing π€ might have a pic to show next week ❤π Thank yooou for bringing laughter and joy into my day huuuge hugs xxxxx
DeleteWell, I think you will find they ARE baubles, but I do enjoy your whimsy. Super work, and hope the gnomes come out OK!! Have a good week, love n hugs Cindyxx #14
ReplyDeleteSmiling here Cindy at baubles π Mum will beee happy πππ thank yoou so much π Mum's have dried put so quick ... that they're just in the kiln for the first firing π₯ everything crossed they come out safely π You tooo the best of days with much love and hugs ππ❤ππ
DeleteLove your wee balls as you call them, I must say I say 'baubles' but for you they can be 'balls'. What a delight they are. But then I love your faces, always have and always will. The name Soul Whisperers is so apt and so very you. What a lovely person you are , inside and out.
ReplyDeleteAs for your mum and her little gnomies - what a fabulous set of Christmas gnomeies has she made. Well done, they are fabulous! I'd love to make and fire some of them - can you adopt me as a gran?I'd love to go walking with you, we could weave some beautiful stories because I do just that, imagine things and make up stories much to the amusement of my other half who chortles at some of the things I come up with.
Take care, never change, you are one of the nicest people I know
Hugs, Neet xx 3.
I hope you had a good sleep Neet π For me I use the word balls as they're for all year round π not just at Christmas π but I also like hearing mum laugh telling me off π Mum's have dried super fast and in the kiln not 10 minutes ago, everything crossed they come through safely π€ Ohhh what a time we would have Neet put on our walks ... I'd introduce you to Mr Bear, Mr Donkey and Mrs Camel all around our favourite spots .. I have little deer here .. will take a snap and send you her .. I lugged her around Lochore ( well Alex did too ππππ) will see if you can see her. Thank yooou for being you Neet, love you lots I do ❤π❤π❤ππ¨π
DeleteYour desk is such a wonderful, inspiring place, Tracy! And looks like talent runs in the family. How cute are those gnomes? And the baubles - out of this world! Truly magical! Thank you so much for stopping by earlier! Have a lovely December! xx zsuzsa
ReplyDeleteps. I love love love Tilda fabrics! I'm not sure I would have the guts to tea dye them though! It's just that they're so expensive! But you're right, if you want them more vintage - that's the way to go! I might do it too to the ones, I don't feel too precious about! xx
ReplyDeleteAnother manically busy day for me and tomorrow will be no better. I think the word has gone out that I like to be kept busy :-)
ReplyDeleteYou have written another post filled with gorgeousness....I love my visits to yours. Your baubles are stunning and your imagination fills my heart with love. Thanks for sharing.
Hugs,

Your frosty walk sounds and looks lovely. I love the take photographs of the frost patterns when I see them. It has been 3 degrees all day here, was it colder for you? Love your mother’s Conks, you are so lucky to have her to hold, love and craft with. Happy WOYWW. Angela #7
ReplyDeleteLove the baubles they look so cute and different to the ones I already treasure. And the gonks!!!! Such fun. Your desk looks like a chaotic treasure trove full of wonderful shiny treats xxxxx thank you for sharing xxxx
ReplyDeleteOh I adore those baubles (taking your mum's side lol) Tracy. Such love and detail in every one. Have fun finishing the rest of the projects. Looking forward to seeing the conks after firing and glazing. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #2
ReplyDeleteI'd call them baubles too, but the Soul Whispers are fabulous. Looks like you're Mum is a natural with the clay, the gnomes look great! the bubble is a globe lens (found it on a Facebook ad) and it inverts the image (apparently some of them don't, it's random which you get sent...) I don't use it often but it's fun. Have a good week Helen #1
ReplyDeleteThank yooou Helen ππ I absolutely loooove your photo with it... would be gorgeous framed π thank you so much for letting me know what you used. Enjoy Kew this weekend π₯° xxxx
DeleteWow, you’re so gifted Tracy. The paint colours and the way you use them are so gorgeous.❣️
ReplyDeleteI too love Lauren Daigle. Fancy that. I’ve only just discovered her along with ‘I Am so Many Things’ via an old friend. Hopefully, after Christmas, I’ll be drinking from my new mug listening to her music while colouring in some more wee ones…ππ₯°
Thank you so much for your kind words Sue ππ Yooou tooo isn't she fabulous ❤⭐️ π΅ π❤ππ₯° a hot drink, beautiful music and wee anes ... we should get together Sue, what a fabulous time we would have ❤πππ΅π₯°π€π
DeleteI love your creative space. I am messy too! Some days I will clean as I go and others, I'm just a true mess cat.
ReplyDeleteLove the gnomes. They're so fun. This year at ALDI I got a gnome matt for under ten. Loved that.
Happy Creating.
Cheers, Ivy.
You can't craft without a messy desk that's where you get your inspiration from by seeing something on the desk and thinking ah yes.... I love the baubles and the gnomes with the big conks! Ani
ReplyDeleteAmazing wee souls coming to life. Just loving that I'm not the only one of us who sees little worlds and possibilities everywhere! Even more ethereal with the mist n frost we're seeing at this time of year.
ReplyDeleteYou are, as always, an inspiration and a huge support. M x
Always delightful to stop by your desk with all the loveliness you create, the balls are absolutely awesome. Just bought a "conk" for my hubby for Christmas, they seem to be the "thing" this year. I can see all the moments you do with the rocks and frost, so magical. Hugs BJ#18
ReplyDeleteYep, they’re baubles too me too! Congrats and oohs and aha to your Mum, those conks are so cute, what a lovely time you must have had together. Makes my heart squeeze. Your soul whispers baubles are just the most beautiful things, and the detail is sublime. Four hours is nothing really is it! I’m excited to see the samples, it must be wonderful to see what others do with your work!
ReplyDeleteThank yooou Julia ππ wrapping you up in the warmest of hugs with so much love for the love for your Mum ⭐️ never far from you she will be ⭐️❤⭐️❤⭐️❤⭐️❤⭐️❤⭐️❤
DeleteBaubles? Balls! :) I think whatever you call them they are just stunning. You are a rare talent, m'dear. I don't even think most of my labours were 4 hours LOL! Your mom's gnomes are adorable too - I have a little collection of them but not so fine and detailed as these. Knitted, not sculpted but cute as pie nonetheless. Must photo them for a WOYWW over the holidays. Have a wonderful time painting your lovelies, and enjoy time with your mom!
ReplyDeleteRidiculously late for WOYWW but here I am…
