If you'd like to join in or find out more ... then please hop on over.

๐Ÿค— Thank you so much for stopping by, how are you doing? What crazy weather ☀️ we are having, hoping it's started to get cooler for you all.
๐Ÿค—๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿ˜Š It's been a beeeautiful crazy week after the shows on Wednesday ...  I've mainly been  packing ๐Ÿ“ฎ orders to head to there forever homes ๐Ÿก sooooo happy ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿฅฐand forever grateful in this Life ๐Ÿ™
๐Ÿ˜Š Here's a wee look at my desk this morning.
I did have a clear up ๐Ÿ˜‰ shock horror ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜…
My watercolours have been out and in use as I created something special over the last few days ... I'm sorry I can't share it with you just now ... but I can share that it was created straight from my ❤ heart.
I'm still managing to get my steps ๐Ÿšถ‍♀️  in each day ๐Ÿ˜Š for the One Million Step Challenge for Diabetes ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿ’›
 Here's a few ๐Ÿ“ธ photos ๐Ÿ˜Š from the last 20 days.
๐Ÿ’• Such beauty I've seen on my walks ๐Ÿšถ‍♀️ ๐Ÿ’•
๐Ÿ’• Peace and quiet with only the sounds of nature filling the air.
๐Ÿ’• I had a lovely chat with this little one ๐Ÿฅฐ just before he went for a wee drink ... he was ever so patient ๐Ÿ˜ a gentle Soul.
๐Ÿฅฐ The sound of the geese at Lochore ... honking away ... one day I hope to get a photo with them skimming along the top of  the Loch  ... honestly, they fill me with such ๐Ÿ’• wonder and ⭐ magic ... it's like something from Jurassic Park ... I can imagine a time when ๐Ÿฆ• and Pterodactyl's roamed the earth.
๐Ÿ’• Tooo this wee one looking for a nose scratch ๐ŸŽ last night ... she had the prettiest of eyes and eyelashes ... tooo the beauty in clouds above.
๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒฟ The beauty of wild flowers ... they make my heart sing.
๐Ÿ’› Loch Leven ... this night within walking for 5 minutes ... stresses, wee niggles melted away into nothing ... gorgeous evening ... still and beautiful ... only the sound of nature filling our ears and the beauty all around a  feast for our eyes.

๐Ÿ’• I started a journal on 1.7.22 ๐Ÿ’ป each night I log my steps ๐Ÿšถ‍♀️my thoughts ๐Ÿค” and a photo ๐Ÿ“ธ something to look back on once the challenge comes to an end on the 30.9.22 ... already I know I'll continue walking ... some days after work it's a thought ๐Ÿ™„ but within 5 to 10 minutes everything melts away with Alex by my side ... we talk, we laugh, we enjoy the world around us ... it's rapidly became a very special part of my day  ๐Ÿ’› You can find my ramblings right at the bottom of my page  ๐Ÿ‘‡ if you want read it๐Ÿ‘‡ here ~

๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜Š But for now I'll wish ⭐ yoooou a happy WOYWW ๐Ÿฅฐ have a beeeeeautiful ๐Ÿ’• week ahead in all you do.
Be safe, be happy, be well.
Lots of  ❤ love, light ๐Ÿ’› in your days, Joy ๐Ÿฅฐ in your heart
with huuuuuge ๐Ÿค— hugs

  1. I was JUST about to dash off to prepare for my knitters to arrive but luckily you popped up on Julia's at my final refresh. The photos are all so stunning and that large (thankfully friendly) fellow might have startled me to death had I encountered him on a walk! I cannot imagine packing orders in the heat of the last few days, but how satisfying it must be to have so many to pack! Must dash, but thanks for a lovely visit.
    Happy WOYWW!

  2. Gorgeous pics of your walks in the evening - I don’t think you can beat a flower meadow for making you happy unless it’s watching waves hit the shore. You’ve done so well keeping up the steps, good job! I like your messy palettes, those colours made me smile!

  3. There is so much beauty to see in nature isn’t there and it’s all available for free! Good luck with keeping the challenge going afterwards. I love to be outside in the nice weather. Happy WOYWW. Angela #9

  4. Such a beautiful post to read Tracy. I can just picture you two walking along by the wonderful photos you have shared with us today.
I had to smile at the pig. I once thought there was a stone one outside some farm house in Wales (whilst out walking years ago) so went over to admire it. It twitched its ear and I ran, it was a live one just covered completely in mud! Looked smaller than yours which is beautiful.
Your desk looks beautiful as usual.
    Take care

  9. What gorgeous places to walk Tracy - 1000000 steps will fly by with such stunning scenery. I smiled at the hippo (mascot of our local footie team - Pottermus and also one of the pieces we are playing in our recorder concert tomorrow - Flanders and Swann). Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #3
