πŸ’•πŸ₯°What's on your Work Desk? Wednesday 679

πŸŒˆπŸ’•πŸ€Έ‍♀️ Goooood Morning πŸ€— it's Wednesday which means it's time for another look at what's on my workdesk πŸ‘€ linking up to the lovely Julia who hosts WOYWW over at the
If you'd like to join in or find out more ... then please hop on over.

😊 It's been a week of fits and starts with me 🌈 with my back still not behaving ... my desks ... CHAOTIC 🀦‍♀️ most definitely hiding my face right now ... aplologies in advance!
πŸ˜πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜„I may have taken the photo πŸ“Έ from a distance πŸ™ƒ then cropped πŸ˜‰ doesn't look half as bad now πŸ˜πŸ˜€πŸ€¦‍♀️

πŸ’• I can show you what it was like last week ... I mentioned in my last post how I doodle on my desk  at times without being aware of it ...
πŸ’• I was feeling a little lost last week , lost in my thoughts late one night ... I just sat at my desk ... shuffling things around ... a feeling kept coming over me, wouldn't leave until I picked up a graphite pencil ✏ drawn to a space ... loose lines followed ... then out she popped ⭐ I said hello 😊 watercolours 🎨followed by acrylics πŸ’› finishing with Gold πŸ’› with words snipped from an old book. Still need to pop a little varnish over her.
How did I feel after?
My back may have suffered for it
BUT the feeling off
⭐ PEACE and such LOVE was worth it and much needed  ... losing myself in those moments, head clearing ...  leaving no thoughts running around my head ... quiet as the seconds ticked by ... only the sound of my brush ... a little slice of HEAVEN on EARTH.
πŸ’•I could hear clearly a reminder to BELIEVE.

πŸ’› Too a wee bit of sample making when I'm able ...
πŸ’• A few wee works in progress is my Brodie πŸ₯° his SMILE lights up my SOUL πŸ’›
😊Painting with different strengths of coffee πŸ–Œ☕
πŸ’› toooooo staining fabric with it for projects  ... our home most definitely has the aroma off coffee ☕😁
πŸ’• Words to describe how it feels when YOUR body is filled to the TOP bursting with JOY 🌈 for the things in YOUR life that makes YOUR soul Sing 🎢
Sat on top of pretty layers of coffee stained scraps.
πŸ’• Words snipped from an old book to remind us too ⭐ Love your Life πŸ’• make those days we are gifted count πŸ’›

😊 Other than that I've been resting, dozing going canny ... trying tooooo behave till my back settles πŸ’•

πŸ’• Thank yoooou from my heart πŸ’› for stopping by it means a lot!
🀸‍♀️ Happpppy WOYWW 🀸‍♀️

⭐ Wishing you a beautiful day ahead in all you do be safeπŸ’• be well

  1. Hello again Tracy. I soooo look forward to your news & beautiful artwork each week. It inspires me to get creative. πŸ‘©πŸ»‍🎨 So much so that I’m going to investigate coffee staining today…..πŸ€— My usual fave decaf coffee has increased dramatically in price so I’m trying out cheaper varieties with varying degrees of satisfaction. But it now means I have an alternative use for the naff stuffπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I feel your pain, having a strained calf muscle means I’m unable to do the local Park Run at the moment. I’m resting up but getting fed up watching other runners jogging on by! Hopefully you’ll soon be skipping around with your loved ones very soon. Big hugs & bestest wishes, Sue. xx

  2. Such a bright and cheery post. Made my middle of the night quite happy. Your creations and thought process are quality fun. My favorite photo today is the itty=bitty on the washline !! Hot spices got me back to normal this week, such a good feeling to Breathe. Maybe you need to get a good massage for that back, it really helps the flow of circulation. Hot/Cold packs save me. as do your lovely layers of Joyful colors and words. Best Wishes for this week.

  4. Oh Tracy, my heart goes out to you with that bad back. My chiropractor told me to put heat on for 20 mins then ice pack for 20 and keep repeating that little rotation as much as I could during the day.
I love your girl on the desk, such a beautiful soul with that little crown of flowers on her head and such a pretty face.
Love Brodie too with his smiling face and your words fromt he Top of the World collection are beautiful.
Just hope you get some relief soon, it's been a while now that you've been bothered with that back.
    Gentle Hugs, Neet xx 7

  9. Hi Tracy, any type of back pain is something that never seems to give you any peace but hopefully it will clear up soon. I love your lady on the desk she is beautiful. I'm going to Doncaster Dome on Sunday and wondered whether Which Craft will have your new stamps available. Look forward to seeing how you use the coffee coloured fabric as I have some that I did with tea and still haven't got round to doing anything with it. I know I'm naughty! Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww. Hugs, Angela x13x

  12. My life Tracy, I’m very sorry about your back and to be honest, envious of your desk doodling…nothing like that beauty ever falls out of my pencil! I’ve been dithering around your shop for ages trying to decide, gorgeous collections! I love the scraps of different coffee colours hanging on the line, I wonder if your neighbours know what you do with them…I’d love to know what they guess at!!

  15. I love your drawings and your stamps. Most of all, I love the coffee dyed fabric and the little art quilt like something I might make. Yours is BEAUTIFUL!!! I am so in love with your work, Tracy. And you did all that while fighting a bad back.

I wanted to let everyone know, I am the most unlucky person on WOYWW today. After linking, I was kicked offline due to an electricity outage. When it came back on, I saw my entire city is now required to boil water for the next 24 hours due to a water break. I wanted to quickly explain so everyone didn't think I had forgotten to visit. Storms still raging overhead, so I am copying and pasting this message in case I get caught offline again. Happy WOYWW from # 1.

  17. There’s always something different to see on your desk…literally! Love the doodle you did, I bet it’s hard for you to cover her up with other work! It made me smile you painting with different strengths of coffee but the results were absolutely worth it. I really hope that your back starts behaving, it’s no fun when you’re in pain like that.
