π Hello sweet friends, it`s time for another
and the theme this week is
Textures
I have been doing so many layouts this week that I
thought I would go with the flow and do one more for this weeks
challenge and shock you all into the bargain, lol!
π©· This picture was taken after applying Gesso to a 12 x12 patterned paper from Simple Stories,
adding Light Modelling Paste through a Stencil
π
and applying Pathalo Blue Pan Pastel as a wash.
More stenciling through the mask but this time using just Pan Pastel,
splats of Gesso was added for another texture before
layering up
tissue paper, patterned paper, old book pages
and Tim Holtz Stickers.
π©·
A touch more Pan Pastel was added, a few loose threads, some bits and bobs and I was done.
π
This has got to be one of the quickest layouts I have created in a while, I had no plan in mind, I just went to the shed and gathered up a few favorite things and played!
π©·
Thank you so much for all your sweet comments lately and for taking the time to look, it means a lot!!
π
Be sure and hop on over to the challenge site for all the details
plus
more inspiration from the rest of the team.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Till next time
Big Hugs

What a gorgeous layout - all those subtle colour layers and textures - brilliant, and I love those fabric and threads around the photo.
