It`s time to share a little more
with you all for
Last week I created a journal page, this week I wanted to use the idea, but take it off the page to create a gift for my mum for
Mothers Day
to let her know how much her love and support mean to me, she is my biggest fan!!!
It was Mum and Dad that gifted me my first
She Art Workshop
by Christy Tomlinson
and I fell in love with her style.
I also love to doodle, splodge paint and generally have a ball getting creative ending in multi coloured toned hands,lol.
A chunk of old wood
and
a frenzy of activity
using
pretty papers, old book pages, Metallic Pan Pastels { all six of then }along with a few Pan Pastels, Maimeri Gesso, Matt Gel, Acrylic White Paint, Graph`It Shake Pen in White, Dutch Dobadoo Art Mask
and I was done.
I hope you like her.
My Mum gives me the courage to believe in myself and to stretch my wings and fly!

DeleteCompletely gorgeous, Tracy... I don't usually do pink, but I'm head over heels in love with this. Those burnished golds and the intense reds really lift it into colour genius for me, and the mixed media layering give stunning depth. Beautiful gift for your mother - lucky her!
