💙 Craft Stamper New Take It make it Challenge

🩷 Hello sweet friends, I am still running on a high and pinching myself at being picked to be part of this team . . . me!
💙
Thank you to everyone who left me such warm comments here and on facebook, big hugs to you all, your words mean a lot to me !!!
🩷
I am looking forward to the new journey ahead and making new friends along the way.

💙
Onto the challenge -
Challenges will go live on the 1st Friday of each month, followed by an Inspiration post 2nd Friday of each month and the winners will be announced on the last Friday of each month.

  The theme for March is

 ðŸ©·
Technique: Add paint in a random way to an acrylic block, then pull a print from it (as you would if using a Gelli plate!) Use this print as a background for your project, or cut/die cut the print and use it in any other way on your project.

💙
Now I have to confess at never having tried this technique before, so please treat me gently at my first attempt, grin!
🩷
I call it my splodge and splat style with a little wonky tonky stitching thrown in,lol!
💙
To create my monoprint I used a mixture of
 Liquitex Paints,
Distress Paints
 Dylusions Ink
and a wee touch of
Light Modelling Paste
quite heavily on my Acrylic Block to give texture plus achieve a second print from it to stamp my pretty image on.
Can you see how yummy all the ripples in the paint are?
 Mmmmmmm

🩷
The image was created by stamping onto the second print with
Christy Tomlinsons She Leaped  by Unity Stamp Co.
{ another of my all time favourites }
  💙
More stamping and doodle doodle doo`s was added to the image and background to add more interest, along with my wonky tonky stitching and I was done.
I can`t begin to tell you how much fun I had creating this!

🩷
Be sure and stop by the
for more inspiration from the rest of the team
plus
why don`t you come and join in the messy fun, you will looove it I promise!!!
Till next time
Thank you for looking
Big hugs
XOXOX

💙
